Oleksander Dyakulych, counsel at Arzinger, was elected as co-chair of the ACC Competition Committee (ACC) – one of the oldest international business association in the country, which unites leading transnational and Ukrainian companies operating in Ukraine.
Committee’s activities are devoted to the improvement of antimonopoly regulation in Ukraine in accordance with international standards in order to promote economic competition and facilitate doing business.
Oleksander Dyakulych has more than 15 years of professional experience. He specializes in supporting complex projects of the entire spectrum of antitrust law. Oleksandr takes an active part in the development and discussion of legislative initiatives in the antitrust field.
