The Ukrainian legislation concerning business and real estate registration is constantly changing, aiming to reach a balance between simplicity of registration and impossibility of unlawful interference of state registers. So far, there have been many cases when unscrupulous persons, using legislative gaps, illegally seize other people's assets. Such cases are commonly called raidership. During the seminar, the Business Ombudsman Council investigators gave practical examples on how to protect a company from raidership and how to act if you are a victim of a hostile attack.
