The OECD recently published guidance on the impact of COVID-19 on economic analysis regarding the requirements of legislation on the transfer of pricing. This topic has recently become particularly relevant in the context of transfer pricing related compliance issues in 2020, especially considering that the financial results for last year will be more unpredictable than usual.
We invite you to participate in our webinar on issues affecting the documenting of controlled transactions, and to discuss possible approaches to maintaining the arm's length principle in unprecedented conditions while also taking into account the standards of European best practices.
