Kyiv, Ukraine, 31 May 2021 — Baker McKenzie's Kyiv office has advised Amtel Properties, an international development company, on the sale of its office and logistics complex "Amtel" to Dragon Capital, one of the largest groups of investment and financial companies in Ukraine.
The Amtel property is one of the biggest offices and logistics A-class complexes in Ukraine, totaling 100,208 square meters and located in Bilogorodka, Kyiv region, 6 km from the Kyiv ring road.
Baker McKenzie's project team was led by Kyiv partner Lina Nemchenko with key input from Associate Elmaz Abkhairova in Kyiv and London Associate Robert Gray.
