AVELLUM acted as the Ukrainian legal counsel to the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine in connection with a USD1.25 billion notes issue with an 8-year maturity priced at 6.875% annual yield.
This was the first issue of Ukraine’s Eurobonds admitted to listing on the London Stock Exchange.
AVELLUM team working on the project was led by senior partner Glib Bondar with support from associates Oleg Krainskyi, Anastasiia Zhebel, and Mariana Veremchuk.
