On August 16, 2024, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (CMU) adopted Resolution #988, “On Amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine #76, dated January 27, 2023 76".
Experts of the AmCham Ukraine Human Capital Committee have been consistently emphasizing the necessity to expand the list of entities that, in accordance with Resolution #76, can obtain critical status and book employees with foreign entities’ representative offices.
The business community welcomes the changes to the booking of conscripts procedure. The adoption of the respective amendments will positively affect businesses in Ukraine and ensure balance and more clarity in resolving the issues related to conscripts’ booking.
