ProFIX’s story of resilience is that we have not stopped working even for one day since the war began and continued operating during the last difficult months. Our stable work was possible thanks to a number of actions and steps that we had taken before the 24-th of February, and we kept on responding according to the circumstances:
- ProFIX Company’s data center was deployed in Warsaw (Poland) a few years ago; hence, we can guarantee the security, stability, and uninterrupted operation of all IT systems now.
- Our office is fully operational: the business center has an uninterrupted power supply and backup Internet from Starlink. Moreover, there is a heating and water supply, and a fully equipped comfortable shelter, so that our employees could have the opportunity to choose a more convenient place to work: in the office or, if possible, remotely.
- Several specialists, providing support for critical infrastructure have been relocated abroad. The communication of the teams is organized in a way that allows us to cooperate and support clients 24/7 even during periods of crisis.
In addition, thanks to our international partners and clients in different countries, their constant communication and support, we continue to implement plans, develop expertise in FinTech and prove our competitiveness.
