Tonti Laguna Group (TLG), a hybrid venture studio within the FRACTAL IT ecosystem, has acquired a strategic stake in LOCATION, a full-cycle video production studio based in Kyiv. The announcement was made jointly by FRACTAL Founder and CEO Artem Borodiuk and LOCATION Co-founder Oleh Reshetniak. As part of the transaction, LOCATION becomes the 30th company within the FRACTAL ecosystem.
LOCATION specializes in commercial and YouTube content creation, operating a 12-zone filming facility in Kyiv. The studio produces more than 100 videos per month, including podcasts, interviews, travel documentaries, and short-form social media content.
The LOCATION team works on projects such as The Secret Ingredient (MHP), Balance of the White, Finding Balance, Blackberry Ice Cream, the podcast “Step Out and Come Back Properly” hosted by Dasha Malakhova, as well as the channels OSA.Semenchenko and MAMAZLIT. The team’s portfolio also includes documentary projects with million-follower bloggers, including RAMINA in Afghanistan and Dmytro Varvaruk in the frontline city of Chasiv Yar. LOCATION supported these projects end-to-end, from pre-production through filming and post-production.
Under the terms of the deal, Oleh Reshetniak will remain Co-owner and CEO of LOCATION, overseeing day-to-day operations in close partnership with Yelyzaveta Cherednychenko, CEO of Tonti Laguna Group. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

LOCATION demonstrates a strong track record of measurable business impact. For example, one of the studio’s clients generated two leads worth UAH 5 million after investing UAH 45,000 in video production. Another YouTube channel managed by LOCATION increased its business revenue from YouTube tenfold within a year, grew total views by 300 times, and received the YouTube Silver Play Button.
