In particular, it is envisaged:
- fine from UAH 136 thousand to UAH 204 thousand with confiscation of goods
- or imprisonment of up to 3 years
Double-time fines are provided for persons who re-offend or collude with a group of persons or take advantage of their official position:
- fine from UAH 340 thousand to UAH 425 thousand with confiscation of goods
- or imprisonment from 3 to 6 years.
