The assessment methodology includes the analysis of 49 open sources of information about Ukrainian companies and the assessment method URSA-50, which analyzes all Ukrainian companies using a mathematical formula and segments them. Taken together, this guarantees high quality and transparency of research projects.
The award is given only to one company in each direction of business activities and confirms its high achievements over the past year. The assessment takes into account the indicators of profitability, financial stability and the company's status on the market.

Our services
Design of commercial real estate. Our team of leading architects develops commercial real estate projects ranging from the large regional malls to the specialized shopping centers. We clearly understand the needs of consumers and the requirements of tenants. Our goal is to introduce an innovative and practical approach to development and always exceed the expectations of users of retail objects.
Residential property design. Our projects include both individual high-rise residential buildings and multi-apartment buildings in mixed-use complexes. We also have significant experience in the creation of luxury suburban housing complexes. Applying effective planning solutions, we create living spaces that increase the amount of usable space.
Office real estate design. We have developed a concept for a new format - co-offices. The format provides for the placement of both commercial infrastructures: restaurants, banks, pharmacies, parking, and maintenance of common areas, coworking, offices with hot desk and fix desk, meeting rooms, event spaces and traditional offices with the possibility of long-term lease and repair for a tenant.
Design of transport hubs. We know how to make a transport hub profitable. One of the means of ensuring the self-sufficiency and profitability of transport facilities is their symbiosis with retail space, because the source of "power" for trade is flows that are organically formed in transport hubs.
Design of trade objects. We have developed the interior design for The Ocean Mall, Podolyany Mall, Lavina Mall food hall.

Urban Experts is a licensed evaluator of projects and buildings under the international environmental certification BREEAM. We use its standards in our work, therefore we create not only aesthetically attractive and commercially successful real estate, but an environmentally friendly and long-term rack, which can be confirmed by a certificate in case of the clients’ request.
