Ensuring transparency and protection of consumers of financial services is among the priorities of the Banking & Financial Services Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine. Experts of the Chamber Member Companies analyzed Draft Law #2413-a "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on the Consolidation of Functions for the State Regulation of Financial Services Markets" and stress on its importance in establishing an effective control system over activities on the country’s financial markets. Therefore, the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine urges Members of Parliament to support Draft Law #2413-a in the second reading.
