Sayenko Kharenko successfully represented PJSC “MMKI” and LLC ‘Unisteel’ (national producer of rolled products, an initiator of application of anti-dumping measures) in the review of anti-dumping measures related to imports into Ukraine of certain rolled products with corrosion-resistant coating originating in the russian federation and the People’s Republic of China.
Sayenko Kharenko’s services included full support of the review, including drafting a complaint on the initiation of the review, preparing responses to the questionnaires, participating in the hearings, etc.
As a result of the review, the anti-dumping measures were extended for another five years, providing reliable protection to the national producer.
