Sayenko Kharenko’s team has once again successfully defended the interests of two declaring subjects in a lawsuit against NACP. The courts of the first and appellate instances confirmed the Sayenko Kharenko’s position on the illegality of the decision of the NACP to conduct a full check of the declarations of two people’s deputies of Ukraine.
Thus, in judicial proceedings, the courts recognized that the decision of the NACP was taken in violation of the deadlines, unreasonably and illegally. As a result of the work of the Sayenko Kharenko’s team, the claims in the interests of the declaring subjects were fully satisfied, and the decision of the NACP on the results of the full verification of the declarations was cancelled.
