Sayenko Kharenko supports the IV National Anticorruption Moot Court Competition – an all-Ukrainian event in the format of judicial competitions, organized by the local centre of the international organization “European Law Students Association in Kyiv” (ELSA Kyiv).
Attorney-at-law, Sayenko Kharenko’s senior associate Evhen Shkuridin is training the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University students team.
IV National Anticorruption Moot Court Competition involves only oral rounds, which consist of three stages: qualifying round, semi-final, and final. The event will take place on 6-7 March 2021 on the premises of the High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine.
Evhen Shkuridin comments: “National Anticorruption Moot Court Competition is a great opportunity for law students to improve their knowledge of anti-corruption and criminal law, as well as to train their ability to articulate and defend their position in court proceedings.
