Sayenko Kharenko has acted as legal counsel to Getin Holding S.A. during the preparation, negotiation, and execution of a sale and purchase agreement regarding the sale of a 100 per cent stake in JSC “Idea Bank” (Ukraine) to TAS Group.
Sayenko Kharenko carried out comprehensive vendor due diligence of Idea Bank and provided full-scope transaction support on the seller’s side, including drafting and negotiating transaction documents and assistance with their execution. The deal’s completion is pending mandatory regulatory approvals.
