Sayenko Kharenko has acted as legal counsel to Cemark on the acquisition of Astor Invest, a company operating a network of four concrete plants in and around Kyiv.
The transaction was carried out in several steps, commencing in late 2022. Sayenko Kharenko provided comprehensive buy-side legal support, including transaction structuring, legal due diligence of the target company, drafting and negotiating the transaction documents, as well as signing and closing assistance. The firm’s competition/antitrust practice represented both parties in the course of merger clearance review by the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.
