Redcliffe Partners Advised Nebras Power in Connection with the Acquisition of Solar Power Projects

Redcliffe Partners advised Nebras Power, the largest Qatari power development and investment company, in connection with its expansion into the Ukrainian power market with the acquisition of six solar projects operating under the feed-in tariff from UDP Renewables. Following two years of negotiations, the deal was signed on 5 April 2021, marking one the largest Middle Eastern investments in the Ukrainian renewable energy sector.
