AmCham Ukraine Vice President Tetyana Prokopchuk, Co-Chairs of AmCham Ukraine IPR Committee Oleksandr Kozyriev (TEVA), Kateryna Oliinyk (Arzinger), Oleksiy Stolyarenko (Baker McKenzie), Co-Chair of the AmCham Ukraine IT Committee Dmytro Popinako (Innoware), and member companies met with Oleksandr Tsybort, Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture for Digital Development, Digital Transformations, and Digitalization, and Mykola Pototsky, Deputy Director of the State Organization “Ukrainian National Office for Intellectual Property and Innovations”, along with other representatives of the Ministry and IP Office.
The discussion focused on key issues important for the business community, including:
- functioning of the trademark rights protection system, safeguarding trade secrets, and other legislative initiatives in the field of intellectual property;
- features of the Pulse platform — a tool for collecting business feedback on interactions with the state to improve public services;
- opportunities for future cooperation.
