Progresstech Ukraine joined the group of companies that are leaders in the “Responsible Country” ranking, which was compiled by Marketing Media Review, the leading Ukrainian marketing communications publication, and the business portal Delo.ua. The list of nominees includes the best charitable projects and social initiatives that Ukrainian businesses implemented under martial law. Winners in each of the nine categories were determined through open electronic voting.
Progresstech Ukraine presented its educational project Progresstech Academy for the ranking. According to the number of online votes, the project took second place in the category “Support of Education and Culture.”
Earlier, in December 2022, Progresstech Academy entered the Top 10 of most effective corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices. The popular online publication Business Capital formed this rating based on an expert assessment of CSR strategies in the first year of Russia’s full-scale invasion.
Progresstech Academy is a set of online courses in aerospace engineering for undergraduate students in five departments at the National Technical University of Ukraine Ihor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute (KPI).
The project is an element of training for engineers in the dual education program. Thematic courses were developed and taught by Progresstech Ukraine’s HR specialists, and practical classes are taught by engineers with many years of experience in international aircraft construction programs.
Progresstech Ukraine took on all the financial costs of organizing and conducting the classes.
Thanks to the remote training format and effective project management, Progresstech Academy ensures the continuity of KPI students’ education during the hot phase of the war. Online courses are also an important step in integrating students into the professional environment. After all, students not only acquire knowledge, but also learn the practical experience of engineering work according to international standards from their Progresstech Ukraine teachers.
