On February 4, the Parliament of Ukraine adopted the Law of Ukraine "On amendments to some legislative acts on the improvement of legal regulation of remote work".
The Law inter alia:
- distinguishes between the concepts of remote and home-based work
- determines the conditions for the transition to electronic workflow in the field of labor relations
- strengthens employees' material liability
- cancels the two-month notice period for some changes in working conditions in the event of an epidemic, pandemic, emergency, etc.
