AmCham Ukraine leadership, jointly with the AmCham Legal Committee Co-Chairs – Vitalii Odzhykovskyi, Kateryna Gupalo, and Serhiy Grebenyuk – met with Oleksiy Bonyuk, Head of the Criminal Legal Policy and Investment Protection Department of the Prosecutor General's Office and his team – Oleksandr Maksymenko and Olena Panasenko.
In focus – issues related to the protection of investors' rights in the context of the post-war recovery of Ukraine:
- KPI of the activity of prosecutors;
- problematic aspects regarding the protection of investors;
- priorities and peculiarities of investigating the cases with elements of infringement of intellectual property rights: approaches and statistics;
- key recommendations regarding recording crimes committed by the russian federation, particularly when entering information to warcrimes.gov.ua and updates in the field of arrest and confiscation of the russian federation’s assets, compensation for losses.
