The Mondelēz Ukraine office in Kyiv recently underwent an accessibility audit conducted by the National Assembly of People with Disabilities of Ukraine (NAPD). Representatives from the NAPD inspected the workspace to assess its convenience and accessibility for individuals with disabilities, and to provide recommendations for further improvements.
Following the audit, NAPD experts commended the barrier-free design of the Mondelēz Ukraine office, recommending it as an accessible and convenient space.
"We were delighted to inspect the Mondelēz Ukraine office in Kyiv and offer our recommendations," commented Larysa Baida, Program Director of the National Assembly of People with Disabilities. "The company's office fully meets accessibility requirements and standards, as well as the principles of universal design. We recognize it as a positive example of how to organize a workspace for all employees, including those with disabilities."
