Dear valued customers and partners,

As we face these extraordinary times, we want to reassure you that our team is fully committed to making your stay at Hyatt Regency Kyiv safe and enjoyable.

Our purpose is and will always be "We care for our people so they can be their best", therefore it is our priority to assist and help our guests however we can.

With this in mind, we would like to illustrate our new guidelines:

  • As we all know, social distancing has become a necessity. In order to protect our personal and the public's health, we encourage everyone to practice it with the help of specific signs and recommendations.
  • Protective screens have been installed at all our reception desks: Main Reception, Club Olympus, Spa Naturel.
  • Our highly trained staff has to pass a mandatory check-up before and after every shift, which includes the use of thermal scanners. Both staff and guests must wear face masks and sanitize hands before entering the building.
  • Deep cleaning of public areas and frequently touched surfaces, such as door handles, desks, and elevator buttons, will be ensured several times a day. Protective equipment will be compulsory for our housekeeping staff. Hotel rooms will be professionally fumigated after every hotel guest departure.
  • We encourage the use of contactless technology. Besides contactless payments, we will offer mobile keyless entry by simply using an exclusive feature on the World of Hyatt Application.
  • New specific rules have been established for our Food & Beverage outlets and our Meeting & Event spaces, to guarantee the sanitisation and food safety at all times. Room Service deliveries will always be specially packed. Conference rooms will be particular set up according to the social distancing protocols. New state of the art video conference equipment has been installed.

The terrace at our Bar on 8 is operating at the moment, all menus are available via QR code to be easily accessed from all mobile devices.

With the continuing ease of the quarantine we going to adapt additional guidelines and we hope that these necessary changes will make your experience with us as comfortable as possible.
