AmCham Ukraine leadership and member companies met with Vitaliy Koval, Head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPF), and his team, to discuss mechanisms for cooperation with the business community in terms of facilitating the attraction of investments in the process of privatization and leasing of state and communal property.
In focus of the discussion were:
- SPF’s key priorities and goals for 2024;
- modernization of legislation in the field of privatization and lease of state property;
- validity periods of lease agreements for state and municipal property during martial law;
- privatization of social infrastructure facilities;
- regulation of the liquidation procedure of state-owned enterprises;
- further joint activities in the post-war recovery and rebuilding as well as attraction of investments in state assets.
