On, August 30, AmCham Ukraine members met online with Nadiya Bihun, Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine. The meeting was devoted to the discussion of the Draft Law amending the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement".
Public procurement defines how transparently, promptly and effectively the funds for the restoration of Ukraine after the war will be distributed. Improvement of this Law is necessary in order to enable customers to quickly purchase goods, works and services necessary during the period of reconstruction of the country.
