AmCham Ukraine Vice President Tetyana Prokopchuk and Deputy Policy Director on European Integration Oksana Shvets took part in a meeting with Lesia Karnaukh, Acting Head of the State Tax Service of Ukraine (STS), and her team.
During the meeting, participants discussed key cooperation priorities between the business community and the STS.
Tetyana Prokopchuk highlighted the following acute issues for the business community:
- combating shadow markets and ensuring a level playing field;
- transfer pricing audits in the grain industry;
- strengthening the enforcement of court decisions by tax authorities.
Tetyana thanked the STS team for the open and constructive dialogue, highlighting the progress made since the previous meeting on transfer pricing issues and enforcement of court decisions. The business community is ready to work together to find effective solutions to address these issues.
