INTEGRITES welcomes the new team member, Yaroslav Medvediev, as Counsel of the firm’s Antitrust and Competition practice.
Yaroslav’s professional experience includes work at the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, Ukrainian law firm and International Finance Corporation of the World Bank Group. He specializes in the areas of сompetition, government relations, public affairs and compliance.
Yaroslav Medvediev has extensive experience in obtaining merger control and concerted actions clearances of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine in M&A transactions, conducting antitrust audits, advising on cartel and market investigations, abuse of dominance, unfair competition, ongoing commercial arrangements, preparing antitrust compliance programs, holding antitrust trainings for senior management, establishing of compliance help desks.
Previously Yaroslav Medvediev served as a Co-chair of the Competition Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine.
