INTEGRITES announces a strategic restructuring of operations, leading to the separation of our Kazakhstan offices. After many years of successful collaboration, the partners in Ukraine and Kazakhstan have mutually decided to pursue independent paths. As a result, INTEGRITES Kazakhstan will be leaving the group and will continue to operate independently under the brand Salus Legal LLP.
Despite this organizational change, our relationship with the Kazakhstan offices remains strong. Both firms are committed to maintaining cooperation on selected joint projects where our combined expertise will benefit our clients. We believe this approach will allow each firm to focus on its respective growth strategies while continuing to deliver value in areas of shared interest.
