INTEGRITES acted as legal counsel to Terwin Group, a leading domestic retail and construction group, on financing, tax, and structuring aspects of a large-scale investment project – development of a nationwide logistics network in Ukraine valued at USD 700 million.
INTEGRITES provided the client with comprehensive advice on corporate and tax structuring. The team also advised on financing for the facility in equity, loan and other types of funding raised from investors from Ukraine and abroad. The scope included advice on war risk insurance, foreign investment protection and Law of Ukraine on state support for projects with significant investments.
