Hillmont Partners has acted as a legal counsel to Enko Music, a renowned Ukrainian music label, in pre-trial negotiations to settle a dispute with an event planning and promotion company.
Enko Music is a music distribution company that promotes Ukrainian music produced by lead singers and bands, including Kalush Orchestra and Alyona Alyona, to the world’s top platforms including Spotify, Universal Music, TikTok, Apple Music, and YouTube.
Hillmont Partners’ lawyers have developed the strategy of the pre-trial negotiations, prepared all necessary documentation to arrange money settlements. The parties have agreed on a settlement and signed the legal agreement to end the dispute. Senior Partners Valentyn Zasukha and Andrii Nyzhnyi led the team advising on the matter.
