AmCham Ukraine was honored to host the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC ) Delegation for a high-level discussion with our members in Kyiv.
Moderated by Andy Hunder, AmCham Ukraine President, with opening remarks by Lenna Koszarny, AmCham Ukraine Board of Directors Chair, Founding Partner and CEO of Horizon Capital, and Ambassador Julie S. Davis, Chargé d'Affaires a.i. at the US Embassy in Kyiv, the meeting provided an important platform to learn more about DFC’s priorities in Ukraine and opportunities for cooperation.
DFC leaders William Thompson, Catherine Ross, Jonathan Taylor, and Jason Frey presented on the structure and goals of the newly established Reconstruction Investment Fund, a joint initiative of DFC and Ukraine’s Public-Private Partnership Agency under the US-Ukraine Mineral Resources Agreement. The Fund will play a vital role in attracting investment for Ukraine’s recovery and long-term growth.
