On December 6, the newly elected AmCham Ukraine Board of Directors held its first meeting.
We are delighted to announce the Executive Committee of the 2023 American Chamber Board of Directors:
- Lenna Koszarny, Horizon Capital – Chair
- Alex McWhorter, Citi Ukraine – Vice-Chair
- Matteo Patrone, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) – Vice-Chair
- Serhii Martynchuk, Cisco – Treasurer
- Serhiy Chorny, Baker McKenzie – Legal Advisor & Secretary
According to article 8.6 of the Bylaws, the Board voted to incorporate Mark Loughran, President Central & Eastern Europe at Honeywell, as a Board member to serve on the American Chamber Board of Directors 2023.
