ETERNA LAW banking and finance team has acted as the exclusive legal advisor to the Ukrainian fashion house BEVZA in the NFT initiative. The project is an unprecedented NFT initiative aimed at empowering Ukrainian artists and raising awareness of the Ukrainian contemporary art scene in the world. The first NFT lot featuring a painting by modern Ukrainian artist Masha Reva will be announced to the fashion world community on September 9 after the SS'22 BEVZA show in New York during the NYFW.
ETERNA LAW has provided services for the legal processing of buying the painter’s work, transferring property rights related to the painting, and took the necessary steps to issue a non-fungible token as well as placing it at an electronic auction.
