UCGA together with Gradus Research launches the project "Corporate Governance Landscape Survey in Ukraine" with the support of DTEK and Arzinger
The project aims to study the level of coverage and application of corporate governance practices in Ukrainian private companies and the non-business sector (NGOs and charitable foundations).
The analytics and findings of the project will be used to:
- improve the image of and increase confidence in Ukrainian business in the international investment environment;
- promoting the value of corporate governance practices in Ukraine
- developing training programs and services that would meet the needs of Ukrainian businesses, namely, based on Ukrainian realities and relevant to entrepreneurs depending on the stage of business development, business model, industry, etc.
Your participation will help us understand what issues need to be addressed to help you and other entrepreneurs and managers build on Ukrainian cases and best practices in Ukraine. The results of the survey will be publicly presented at the UCGA 7th Anniversary event on 2 March 2024.
The survey consists of two stages:
- The first stage is to fill in a short online questionnaire at the link. It should take you no more than 5 minutes to complete. At the end of the questionnaire, you will be invited to take part in the second stage of the study.
- The second stage is a personal interview lasting 40-60 minutes with our researchers at a time and form convenient for you (phone conversation or video meeting via Zoom or other video communication platform).
The data obtained from you will be used exclusively for analyzing and summarising the results of the research.
