Implement rule of law, real and effective judicial reform, fair justice, ensure a transparent selection of judges at all levels, as well as adhere to the independence of the anti-corruption agencies – are among AmCham’s 10 Priorities for Ukraine’s Economic Recovery.
On September 1, 2025, the Law of Ukraine “On Lobbying” (Law) came into force. AmCham Ukraine actively contributed to this initiative at every stage.
In this context, AmCham Ukraine President Andy Hunder, Vice President Tetyana Prokopchuk met with Viktor Pavlushchyk, Head of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP), and Anastasia Yezerska, Head of the NACP Department of Stakeholder Engagement and Ensuring Adoption of Anti-Corruption Policy Acts.
Navigating the challenges and opportunities of the Law remains a top priority for AmCham Ukraine. To this end, AmCham Ukraine runs a permanent GR Professionals Network, which was created to share and implement transparent GR and government advocacy practices based on international standards in Ukraine.
