White Star Real Estate has donated one million hryvnias worth of uninterruptible power supplies to the municipal enterprise Buchaservice, which provides vital water supply, sewage and housing maintenance services to the community.
The support came at a critical moment, when the Ukrainian energy system is suffering most from Russian shelling. The new equipment will allow the emergency and dispatch services of the Buchaservice municipal enterprise to continue operating without interruption even during power outages, ensuring a stable water supply and other important utilities for the residents of Bucha.
The second floor of the Buchaservice building also houses a day care centre for children with disabilities. The stable operation of life support systems is critical to ensuring the comfort and safety of the centre's users.
‘The quality of cooperation and ensuring the basic conditions for a comfortable life for the community are extremely important to us,’ says White Star Real Estate Country Leasing Manager and Sales Manager Yaryna Zozulia. ‘In the context of martial law, supporting critical infrastructure is our priority.’
We would like to remind you that White Star Real Estate and the Bucha City Council signed a memorandum of cooperation back in July 2025. The memorandum provides for the implementation of a large-scale investment project in Bucha aimed at restoring the infrastructure of the Kyiv region.
