AmCham Ukraine Leadership, jointly with the AmCham Intellectual Property Rights Committee Leadership and AmCham member company Jacobs Douwe Egberts held an offline meeting with Vadym Melnyk, Head of the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine.
In focus – counterfeiting and fakes issues, particularly in the coffee segment, and the development of a mechanism for protecting intellectual property rights in the coffee segment in criminal proceedings.
We are grateful to Mr. Melnyk for sharing his vision on approaches to the investigation of particular cases of IPR infringements and look forward to further productive cooperation.
