AmCham Ukraine held the online Compliance Club meeting to discuss sanctions compliance.
In focus:
- role of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NACP) and other authorities in sanctions policy-making;
- processes and criteria for inclusion of individuals and legal entities in the sanctions list and recognition as an international war sponsor by the NACP, and the consequences of cooperation with them;
- legal regulation of sanctions and responsibility for their violation.
