On October 10, AmCham Poland Rebuild Ukraine Working Group held a meeting “Energy Transition” in partnership with CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang Poland and CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang Ukraine.

The speakers focused on planned legislative changes to support the development of the Ukrainian energy sector, led by the Ukrainian Parliament, but also those developed internationally with other countries or international institutions. Other areas covered during the discussion were the following: the renewable energy sector, including a comparison of mechanisms for supporting the renewable energy sector in Poland and Ukraine, mechanisms for financial incentives in Ukraine available to investors, as well as practical examples of decarbonization.
