AmCham team and Food and Beverage Committee members met with MP Oleksandr Haidu, Head of the Parliamentary Committee on Agrarian and Land Policy.
Participants discussed legislative regulation of requirements for labeling hops and hop products.
Mainly discussion was focused on the approximation of the relevant Ukrainian legislation to the European Union one, related to consumer information and the need to avoid any supplementary requirements to the labeling, which may lead to technical barriers for internal and international trade.
