AmCham Ukraine has joined the signing of the Veteran-Friendly Business Principles, developed by the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine. These principles outline concrete steps that companies can take to create inclusive workplaces and support veterans in their transition to civilian life.
AmCham Ukraine is committed to providing educational opportunities that foster a non-discriminatory environment for the employment and reintegration of veterans. AmCham organizes meetings and training sessions to promote effective communication and engagement in the veterans’ reintegration process with key stakeholders in the framework of the Human Capital Committee.
AmCham Ukraine is pleased to announce that guidelines and recommendations for effective interaction with veterans and individuals with military experience, as well as a barrier-free handbook for both guests and employees, are available at the AmCham Ukraine office.
