UN Women in Ukraine invites business representatives to join the WEPs Implementation Training, which will be held:
- in Dnipro - June 29 - July 1, 2026 (for business representatives of Dnipropetrovsk and neighboring regions)
- in Odesa - July 13-15, 2026 (for business representatives of Odesa and neighboring regions)
WEPs is a global initiative of UN Women and the UN Global Compact that helps companies and organizations implement the principles of gender equality, inclusiveness, and responsible business conduct.
During the training, participants will:
- learn about practical approaches to implementing WEPs
- receive tools for integrating the principles of equal opportunities into internal policies and HR processes
- learn how to strengthen corporate culture, leadership and talent acquisition through inclusive principles
- have the opportunity to exchange experiences with other companies and experts
The training will be useful for company leaders, specialists in human resources management, sustainable development, corporate social responsibility, diversity and inclusion, as well as everyone who works on the development of organizational culture and human capital.
