Svitlana Shcherbatyuk, Director, Deal Advisory, Transaction Services, KPMG in Ukraine. Svitlana has been advising client on corporate transactions since joining KPMG in 2006. Prior to this, she worked as a project and business development manager for a management consulting company and obtained international experience advising a small-business development centre and a Silicon Valley tech company. Svitlana specialises in financial due diligence, IBR (independent business review), commercial due diligence, SPA advice, and other insights regarding domestic and international transaction; including media and information technology.
Ilya Segeda, M&A Principal, Deal Advisory, KPMG in Ukraine. Ilya has over 13 years of experience in corporate finance and investment banking. At KPMG, Ilya is responsible for expanding the firm’s Ukrainian M&A advisory practice. He has also developed a profound understanding of buy- and sell-side M&A advisory, private equity fundraising and equity capital market engagements in Ukraine and CEE. Ilya is an expert in public-private partnership (PPP) deals, and was involved in advising and evaluating the feasibility of PPP projects in Ukraine, Armenia, and Kazakhstan.
