During the webinar participants discussed peculiarities of preparation to application, application itself and overall procedure of obtaining status of the Authorized Economic Operator (AEO). AEO is a special status that gives businesses significant simplification of the customs formalities. AEO programs have already been implemented in 84 countries. Following the conclusion by Ukraine of bilateral agreements with the EU and with other countries on mutual recognition of AEOs, AEOs authorized in Ukraine will have significant advantages during the customs clearance.
