Advertising is expected to undergo the biggest changes in the last 20 years. On May 30, 2023, the Verkhovna Rada adopted the Law on Amendments to the Law "On Advertising" (draft law No. 9206). The law implements the norms of European legislation into the national legislation of Ukraine and includes many new norms necessary for the legal regulation of modern forms of advertising.
