U.S.-Ukraine Partnership Forum in Washington, DC

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the U.S. Government, convened a U.S.-Ukraine Partnership Summit at the Chamber’s headquarters. The Summit brought together high-level business executives, government officials, and other thought leaders from the United States and Ukraine to explore how to help Ukraine recover and rebuild. The Summit provided an opportunity to discuss development needs and opportunities in Ukraine, as well as the favorable conditions required – both support from donor governments and international financial institutions and transformational governance reforms in Ukraine – to secure private sector interest and investment.

Secretary of State Antony Blinken, Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo, USAID Administrator Samantha Power, and President & CEO of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Suzanne Clark were among the key speakers.

As we build the foundation for a dynamic economic recovery in Ukraine, the success of the redevelopment and modernization effort will require strong and enduring cooperation between governments and the private sector.
