Training Objectives:
- Analyze the principles of building an internal control system in line with best practices
- Gain an understanding of corporate-level control procedures
- Review types of general IT controls
- Develop skills in:
- Documenting business processes
- Identifying and formulating risks, analyzing control procedures within business processes
- Detecting weaknesses in the internal control system in business processes
During the “Internal Control and Possible Ways of Optimization” training, participants will complete practical tasks to identify risks, define control procedures, and detect potential weaknesses in the control system within the “Procurement” and “Sales” business processes.
