Training Objectives:
- Learn the negotiator's toolkit: negotiation planner, goal setting, defining boundaries, teamwork, handling objections.
- Develop negotiation skills through real business scenarios requiring full engagement from all participants.
- Practice on a business simulator. During the training, real negotiations are conducted, and the trainer provides a detailed analysis of each participant's communication and negotiation style, as well as the entire group.
- Receive feedback. The trainer offers individual feedback and recommendations for each participant on areas for development.
