The Third EU-Ukraine Business Summit, taking place on 22-23 April 2026 in Brussels, brings together European and Ukrainian business leaders, policymakers, investors and financial institutions to advance the agenda of Ukraine's reconstruction, EU integration and economic resilience. The summit serves as a key platform for translating political commitments into concrete business opportunities and investment decisions.
As part of the summit programme, UkraineInvest (Ukraine Investment Promotion Office) together with DG ENEST are hosting a dedicated session: "Investing in Ukraine Now: Interactive Information Session and Q&A for Business". UkraineInvest works directly with foreign and domestic investors to facilitate market entry, match companies with local partners, and navigate regulatory and administrative procedures. This session is designed to give companies direct access to the information and experts they need to move from interest to action.

This session offers a unique opportunity for businesses to get direct answers to their most pressing questions about investing in Ukraine. Specifically, the session will cover the following topics:
- Available government support programs: how to access them and their practical benefits;
- Financing and risk insurance instruments from international institutions and Export Credit Agencies (ECAs);
- Opportunities for industrial cooperation;
- Regulatory environment and permitting procedures.
The session is designed for both foreign companies exploring or expanding their presence in Ukraine and Ukrainian companies seeking foreign investment or partnerships. Participants are invited to SUBMIT their questions in advance, allowing us to tailor the discussion to the topics most relevant to them.
The format is interactive: questions will be addressed by a panel of representatives including representatives from UkraineInvest, the State Property Fund of Ukraine, Ukrenergo, Astarta, as well as Polish business support institutions — BGK, KUKE and PFR.
