Today, small and medium-sized businesses are what help Ukraine’s economy survive and move forward. During the war, SMEs have demonstrated remarkable flexibility and resilience, launching new projects despite the numerous difficulties. And, crucially, an increasing number of women are taking leadership positions in this sector.
For women entrepreneurs, as well as those who run companies or hold key management positions, it is particularly important to develop strategic thinking, management skills, the ability to build reliable partnerships, and work effectively with investors. To this end, it is worth participating in the Corporate Director program, which enables women leaders to advance to a new level of management, influence, and development.
The Corporate Governance Professional Association (CGPA) invites women owners, directors, and managers of SMEs to join a training program funded by the EBRD and the European Union under the EBRD’s Women in Business program.
